For the kick-off call, yes. The actual set-up can be done without you if you provide the necessary access details.
An active livestep account. We tell you in advance exactly what to prepare.
It depends on the package you choose. As a rule, everything is completed within a few working days after the joint session.
Onboarding is a one-off. Ongoing support is available through regular livestep support.
