No. Our service is fully managed. You don’t need to install or program anything. After the onboarding session, you simply route your desired phone number in your phone system to the number of your AI phone assistant – that’s it.
Yes, anytime. Switching between Basic → Professional or Professional → Enterprise is no problem.
Together, we define call objectives, FAQs, appointment flows and forwarding rules. We can also add websites, PDFs or other knowledge sources for live search, enabling the assistant to answer confidently during the call.

All plans can be cancelled monthly with 4 weeks’ notice.
Yes – they cover the entire initial setup: call logic, prompt design, appointment and forwarding configuration, knowledge base setup, plus test runs and quality assurance during onboarding.
No problem. If your monthly call volume exceeds your plan, additional minutes are billed automatically – €0.15 per minute (per-second billing).
