After registration you book an onboarding session. In this call, we clarify goals, use cases and data sources (e.g. product data, FAQs, shipping and returns policies). We then handle setup, training and configuration. Typically, your e-commerce chatbot is ready to use within 7–14 business days.
No. Our service is fully managed. We take care of setup, technology, updates, training and monitoring – you don’t have to program anything, just embed a small code snippet into your shop (e.g. Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce or a custom build).
Yes, at any time. You can easily switch from Starter → Growth or Growth → Enterprise as your enquiry volume or requirements increase.
You provide us with product information, FAQs, shipping and returns policies, text modules or links to your shop – we structure the content and train the chatbot for you. In higher plans, content can be kept up to date automatically.
No. You remain flexible.
All plans can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the term.
Yes – they cover the entire effort: initial chatbot training, knowledge base setup, technical configuration, integration with your shop, test runs & quality assurance plus the onboarding session with you and your team.
No problem. If your monthly message volume exceeds your plan, additional messages are billed automatically – €0.05 per message. On request, we can configure a cost cap / message limit for you. When the limit is reached, the chatbot stops or displays a notice – you retain full cost control at all times.
Growth is aimed at growing shops with medium enquiry volume and typical integration requirements. Enterprise is ideal for high volumes, custom integrations (e.g. CRM/ERP), multiple country shops, complex processes or very strict data protection requirements.
Yes. We process data exclusively on servers in Germany or the EU – fully GDPR-compliant.
No. Your data are not fed into public or external models. Everything remains isolated within our infrastructure and is processed securely.
Yes – within the framework of your data protection setup. For higher requirements, the Enterprise plan can additionally use dedicated model instances (optional) or open-source models (optional) that run exclusively on our EU infrastructure.
We support integrations with, among others: shop systems (e.g. Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce), CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), ticket and service tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias), collaboration tools such as Teams or Slack as well as other systems. If you use a specific system, we will review integration options during the consultation.
We configure an individual fallback for every chatbot, which is triggered automatically whenever a question lies outside the knowledge base. In such cases, the bot shows a helpful message – for example: “I’m not entirely sure – would you prefer to get in touch directly?” – and points to email, phone number or contact form, or creates a ticket if needed. Via the chat reports you can also see which questions are not yet covered well – and we add or retrain the missing knowledge for you. Over time, your chatbot becomes more accurate and more helpful.
