After registration, you can immediately book your onboarding appointment. Following this session, we handle the setup, upload your content, train the bot and configure everything. Typically, your chatbot is ready to use within 3–5 business days.
No. Our service is fully managed. We take care of setup, technology, updates, training and monitoring – you don’t have to program anything, only embed a small code snippet on your website or customer portal.
Yes, at any time. Switching from Starter → Growth or Growth → Enterprise is possible without any issues.
You provide us with FAQs, product information, process descriptions, policies or links to websites and portals – we structure the content and train the chatbot for you. In the Growth or Enterprise plan, ongoing updates of the knowledge base are also possible.
No. You remain flexible.
All plans can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the term.
Yes – they cover the entire initial effort: initial chatbot training, knowledge base setup, technical configuration, test runs & quality assurance, plus the onboarding session with you and your team.
No problem. If your monthly message volume exceeds your plan, additional messages are billed automatically – €0.05 per message. On request, we can set up a cost cap / message limit for you. When this limit is reached, the chatbot stops or displays a notice – giving you full cost control at all times.
Growth is designed for organisations with medium enquiry volume and typical integration needs. Enterprise is ideal for high volumes, custom integrations (e.g. CRM/ticket), multiple languages, multiple portals or very strict data protection and compliance requirements.
Yes. We process all data exclusively on servers in Germany or the EU – fully GDPR-compliant. On request, we can provide you with a data processing agreement (DPA) which you can review and accept electronically in our service portal.
No. Your data are not used for public or external models. Everything remains isolated within our infrastructure and is processed securely.
Yes – with appropriate data protection levels. Enterprise customers can additionally use dedicated model instances (optional) or open-source models (optional) that run exclusively on our EU infrastructure.
We support integrations with, among others: CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), ticket and service desk solutions (e.g. Zendesk, Jira Service Management), collaboration tools such as Teams or Slack as well as internal customer portals and line-of-business applications. If you use a specific system, we’ll review the integration options during the consultation.
We configure an individual fallback for every chatbot, which is triggered automatically whenever a question lies outside the knowledge base. In these cases, the bot shows a helpful message – for example: “I’m not entirely sure – would you prefer to get in touch directly?” – and points to email, phone number or contact form, or creates a ticket if desired. Chat reports also help you identify knowledge gaps precisely. You can clearly see which questions the bot could not answer – and we then extend or retrain the missing knowledge for you. Over time, your chatbot becomes more accurate and more helpful.
